Booking Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the applicable advance payment and written confirmation from MGR Farm House.
Cancellation by Customer
Villa Stay Bookings
- More than 14 days before check-in: Eligible for up to 100% refund of advance payment.
- 7 to 14 days before check-in: Eligible for up to 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund.
Movie Shoot & Photography Bookings
- More than 14 days before scheduled date: Eligible for up to 75% refund.
- Less than 14 days before scheduled date: No refund.
Rescheduling
Subject to availability, bookings may be rescheduled upon prior request. Additional charges may apply.
Cancellation by MGR Farm House
In rare circumstances where a booking cannot be honored due to unforeseen events, guests will be offered:
- Alternative dates, or
- Full refund of payments received
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.
